4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales taxes (HST/GST/PST) are calculated at checkout.
Appesso accepts all major payment methods offered on our website. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped from Ontario, Canada. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and may vary.
Appesso is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping terms follow Incoterms 2020 (FOB Origin) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging and condition.
Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method.

7. Warranty

Appesso products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal consumer use.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

Appesso reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.
To submit a warranty claim, contact support@appesso.ca with proof of purchase and serial number.

8. Disclaimers

(a) Product Use Disclaimer

Appesso products are designed for personal, non-commercial use.
Performance (such as insulation duration, charging capacity, or battery life) may vary depending on usage and environmental factors.

(b) Technology Disclaimer

Smart functions, charging systems, and electronic features are compatible only with approved devices and charging standards.
Appesso is not responsible for damage caused by third-party accessories, cables, or improper use.

(c) Website Content Disclaimer

All content provided on our website is for informational purposes only. Appesso does not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from malware.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Appesso Inc. and its affiliates, employees, or suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
• In no case shall Appesso’s total liability exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies even if Appesso has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some provinces do not allow limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appesso Inc., its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Toronto, Ontario, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our website or products after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
