01 Does Appesso Offer Warranty?
At Appesso, we understand that the AmpMug is a new and innovative product still in continuous development, and while we strive for excellence, no product is ever perfect from the start. Your experience matters to us, and we stand behind our craftsmanship.
This First Gen AmpMugs come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the MagSafe Power Bank Lid, the 450 mL mug body, and the Lanyard Charging Cable. If you encounter any manufacturing defects or functional issues, we will provide a complete replacement at no cost. Our goal is to ensure you enjoy the performance, convenience, and design that Appesso promises—with total confidence and peace of mind.
This warranty does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or loss/theft of the product.
02 How Do I Claim the Warranty?
To make a warranty claim, please ensure your AmpMug is registered by submitting your name, email address, and product serial number.
When you require warranty service, send an email to contact@appesso.ca with the subject line: Warranty Claim. In the message, describe the issue in as much detail as possible and include any supporting photos or videos to help our team assess the situation.
For verification, please use the same email you used for product registration. Once received, our customer support representative will review your request and contact you as soon as possible to proceed with your warranty claim.
03 Where is Serial Number Located?
Each Appesso AmpMug comes with a unique serial number for product registration and warranty support. Serial numbers are currently applied using durable sticker labels and can be found in the following locations:
- On the back side of the product box
- On the bottom of the mug body
If both sticker labels are missing and you are unable to locate your serial number, please contact us at contact@appesso.ca using the same email you used to purchase your product. Be sure to include your receipt and order number in the email. Our support team will attempt to retrieve your serial number from our database and assist you further.
